After earning my master’s degree in Design, I joined Hiintern, backed by Eric Yuan, CEO of Zoom, as the company’s 8th employee. Working closely with the leadership, product, and development teams, I had the chance to be involved in almost every part of the product design process. It was a fast-paced environment that pushed me to grow quickly, not only as a designer, but also in understanding how software products are built and brought to life.
In 2024, I relocated to the Bay Area, where I started experimenting with vibe coding and AI-assisted development. I soon realized how much more I could do when design and development were no longer separate parts of the process. I put that into practice by building graficai from scratch, taking it through design, development, launch, and marketing. It has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey so far, and it continues to shape how I think about product design today.
